Late Deliveries

1. Most shipments are on time, but in some cases, deliveries may be delayed past the expected date.
   
   1. Possible reasons for late delivery include the following:
      1. Missing or incorrect information on the shipping address, like an apartment or unit number, can cause a delay.
         1. If the shipping address is correct as shown in the Order Confirmation, please check Shipping and Delivery.
         2. We are unable to correct the shipping address once it's been confirmed in the Order Confirmation we provided.

      2. Severe weather conditions
         1. If there are storms, heavy snowfall, or other extreme weather conditions, deliveries can be delayed. These factors affect couriers in the same way they affect everyone else. We encourage you to stay informed about weather reports, and if your post office reports poor conditions, your package might arrive later than expected. We ask for your patience and understanding.
      3. International customs procedures
         1. When a package is delayed in customs due to a clearance delay, please give your customs authorities time to finish the process before requesting assistance.
