1. A purchase covered by a warranty allows you to shop with confidence. If any defects arise during the product’s lifetime, and you’ve secured our Lifetime Warranty / Order Insurance, we may replace the product, covering the full item cost except for the shipping charges.

   • Misuse, product degradation, or unavailability will nullify the warranty.

   • “Lifetime” is valid as long as the product is actively manufactured.
   • We may cancel without prior communication to the customer.
2. To use your Lifetime Warranty / Order Insurance:
   • Capture either a photo or a brief video of the concerned product.
   • Go to our Contact Form page to submit a request and choose Lifetime Warranty as the category.
   • Attach the photo or video.
3. Once confirmed, we will notify you of the replacement status within 48 hours.
