Orders sometimes come back to us marked undeliverable.
- Different issues might make a package undeliverable:
- An incorrect or outdated shipping address often results in your package being held by the courier for an indefinite period before being returned. We recommend checking your address carefully during the ordering process to avoid delays.
- If you realized that an incorrect shipping address was used and your order has already shipped, please submit a ticket through our Contact Form page. We will check if a replacement can be processed, but refunds are not available as all sales are final.
- If an incorrect shipping address was provided in your order and you contacted us before the order shipped, submit a ticket through our Contact Form page so we can check on what would be the best approach to resolve the issue and make things right!

- A minor typo, such as "Loa Angeles" instead of "Los Angeles," might still allow your local post office to correctly process the package. Contact your local post office for assistance in correcting the address.
- If the address is wrong in terms of street name, zip code, or city, we will coordinate with your local post office to make the necessary changes. If this cannot be done, we will send a replacement.

- If the way the address is entered is unrecognizable by our system or the assigned carrier is not authorized to deliver there, delivery may be delayed or disrupted.
- If the order is directed to a restricted address such as a prison or correctional facility, the carrier may not be able to deliver due to legal constraints.
- After an initial failed delivery attempt, the carrier will try several more times. If the delivery is still unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us.
- The recipient refused the delivery. A gift recipient who isn't expecting a gift may refuse a package if they believe it's being delivered to them by mistake.
